How do i add scripts to simba anyone, im new and would appreciate the help

If the thread has the script as an attachment then you just open it with Simba. If the thread has it in Simba code tags then just copy and paste it into your Simba in an empty tab.
its like microsoft office. you click the "open" button to open your script.

what do you mean open it with simba?
You just open an attachment from a thread and it should open the scripts code in the program Simba. Once open, you click the green arrow or f9 to begin the script. (you'll probably have to fill in some info first)

It's giving me errors as im clicking on the green arrow, im looking into it now

click save as and then just go to your downloads folder and it should be there

It dosen't have the error im looking for, i tried adding this to an untitled tab
program new;
{$DEFINE SMART}
{$i srl/srl.simba}
begin
ClearDebug();
SetupSRL();
end.
After i tried running with this it gave me this error
-The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I seen something similar to this from your link but not exactly this
