Screen flashes black

About every second the screen will flash black for up to a second but usually much quicker. On every flash the cmd window spits out

Switch the graphics mode from DirectX/OpenGL to SafeMode. Move the slider to the very top of smart inorder to increase the refresh rate. DirectX/OpenGL is the only thing that makes my Smart flash like mad..

Also I'm not sure if you re-compiled smart using J7 but if u did then you'd have changed the graphicsconfig in the Canvas.Java and if you did then Smart will constantly enable and disable causing the Canvas to refresh every time and the buffer gets overwritten every time so it's basically un-usable.

Was occurring on safe mode and software mode. Noticed this occurring in random other windows like calculator. Reinstalled video drivers and runs fine again. No idea what could have messed it up.
