Simba doesn't work

I've tried download the file and putting it somewhere but doesn't work.

I can't complie or anything, please help.

delete everything simba related and follow these steps exactly, you can't go wrong.

First install: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=9B2DA534-3E03-4391-8A4D-074B9F2BC1BF

As it's a requirement by SMART and OpenSSL.

Then the OpenSSL installer can be found at Main (http://www.openssl.org/related/binaries.html) | Direct Link (http://slproweb.com/download/Win32OpenSSL-1_0_1b.exe)
