Hey Guys,
I was curious if the powers that be (the script gurus) prefer SPS walking over Radial/DTM walking. Does one get more brownie points over another one?
I am working on my member script, and I want to make sure everything is done correctly! If one walking type is better than another, I would much rather use that than another way.
Thanks!

Walking (try not to use SPS, but instead try TPA walking/use RadialWalk)
That pretty much answers it :p
Also, a walking system that isn't mentioned there is ObjectDTM, it would make a great backup walking method or even primary. There is a tutorial on it in my sig :)

Weird..-_- I read that and yet I missed that! I better go re-read it! haha
Thank you! I have read your ObjectDTM tutorial. I will look into a different walking method!

Just a little hint - TPA Walking would really impress as oppose to ObjectDTMs and RadialWalk ;)

I would think that the best thing to do would be to implement fail safes that involve the others. Like says sps fails it switches and looks with DDTM's then if DDTM's fail it switches to Radial walking. I'm not sure how easy that would be to implement though but I know scripts like the Monkey Knife Thiever have all three.

Got it. Multiple walking abilities, with TPA first! =P I'm on it!

Very easy
if not SPS_WalkPath(whatever) then // if not this then
if not FindDTM(blabla) then // try this, but if this fails
if not RadialWalk(whatever) then // try this, but if this fails
begin
Writeln('Walking failed');
Exit; // then exit procedure
end;

DDTM walking maybe combined with sps best option to me ;p
I keep hearing from people that SPS + custom maps are excellent.
I prefer TPA/DDTM if you are working in a small area, e.g. an agility course.
