Can't Enter Software Mode

I have the bot set up right, everything went smoothly like normal.

This time I just installed it on a different computer, but I can't go into Software mode in the S.M.A.R.T client? It won't let me exit safe mode for some reason, I'm in Software mode in my browser when I use RS on this computer, does anyone know why I can't exit safe mode?

What you want to do is press 's' as runescape is loading. This will put it back into safe mode.

Did you read the post? I want to get out of safe mode..

I believe SMART only supports safe mode, you can't change the mode on SMART I don't think.
