Most of the stuff there are the basics of scripting, so it will definitely help. After learning all that, you will have to learn a lot about making scripts for the game, but that shouldn't be too hard after you get the basics.

You can just open any better pascal tutorial from google ,and learn from it. And when you know basics you can start scripting in Simba. Simba is really good thing for learning.
