Help Simba wont update

I'm stuck on 980 it won't go to 984 tried reinstalling , etc help would be appreciated...

I got 990 to load MSI , etc but it would come back errors ; don't think the script I'm using will work with 990... :(

I've reinstalled Java , Simba several times

I'm running Windows 2008 Server Standard Edition

you need to manualy download from forums, it wont update from update
