So i was trying to use Herblore PRO v1.5 and whenever I tried to run it, it said

Exception in Script: Unable to find file 'SRL/SRL.scar' used from ''

I dont know what is wrong but it won't let me run it.

If a script you're trying to use is including SRL.scar, then it is waaaaaaaay outdated :)
