How can i make the script run longer??

How can i make the scripts run longer past like 2 hours without logging out? I look on the forums and see people with 5-6 hour proggies but whenever i run the same script it only lasts for about 2 hours at the most and is at the log in screen when i return to check on it. HELP

Well maybe you are setting a number of loads for it to stop after? or the script is messing up? or you lost connection?
