Question about smarting closing when stopping and starting a script

Why in some scripts why does the smart window restart when I click stop, then start again?

Before the SetupSRL line put
SMART_Server := 39;
( pretty sure that's right)
And it will no longer happen, dot worry about the number (39) it's fine.

To add on to this: if the SMART_Server in the script you're running is 12 and you open another script that has a SMART_Server set at 21, when you try to run the other script (21) it will open a new SMART window. The SMART_Server needs to be the same in both scripts to use the same SMART window.
