What exactly are these kernel commands you speak of? You mean commands from kernel.dll? If so then through a plugin or extension you can..

Maybe... I am looking for the commands for the keyboard(so I can emulate key presses that would not be blocked by the game client), maybe mouse as well... Would this be from kernel.dll?

You have to be a bit more specific than that I guess. The game client being smart? You want your keypresses to register while smart is open? Do you want to send keypresses to the client?
SendingKeys you'd use "SendKeys" or "SmartSendKeys"
If you want keypresses to register while smart is open and be registered in real time then you need:
SendMessage from User32.dll
And/or RegisterHotKey from User32.dll
Depending on the usage, it can be done through an Extension or a DLL:

The above link should give a rough idea as to how it can be done via extensions.. Further functionality may require a plugin.

Thanks for your response! Im actually not using smart. Its for another game, a full screen mmorpg and it blocks sendkeys. The only thing it cant block is kernal keyboard commands because to the computer, they are the same as actual key presses... Maybe sendmessage and registerhotkey could still work out though.... hmmmm
