Train Ranged

I'm at 72 ranged, 85hp, p2p... can any1 tell me what scripts should i use to train it up ? (ranged)

I know ranged guild is good xp and is profitable, but it has a high ban rate ?

Could try this F2P method :P Around 25-30k exp an hour

ty :p i used that f2p method to get 57-70 ranged in f2p in 2 days :D now i need to get 80+, i'm at 73 atm

i'm using ranged guild, 68-86 in a few days with the free membership trial, no ban :P
