It's the FPS/Computer Usage Bar, the higher it is (pulling it upwards) basically the more smoothly the script will run!

It's the FPS/Computer Usage Bar, the higher it is (pulling it upwards) basically the more smoothly the script will run!Also, is SMART is loading slowly, wiggle it up and down a little bit and Runescape will load faster! :D
