how to find the number in a bit map tolerance string

Tolerance is a number you choose. The higher it is, the more will be accepted by the function. For example, a tolerance of 0 means that the bitmap must match something on the screen exactly as it is, or FindBitmapToleranceIn will not find it. If you have a tolerance of 10, the on-screen image you're trying to find can have some discrepancies compared to the bitmap, but FindBitmapToleranceIn can still find it. If you set the tolerance too high, you could risk finding images you don't intend to find, so be careful. Toy with it, test different tolerances out. I suggest you start with 5 or somewhere around there.

ha ha i've got you now. lets say that i know how to make a bit map and i've got the tolerance set well

is there some kind of co-ord table for bank slots and rows inventory slots ect cause id realy hate the daunting prospect of it

Explore the srl includes.
Are u referring to MouseBankSlot and InvBox?
But if u r using bitmap, u shd probably search the whole bank interference/inv so that the items can be anywhere. Use MIX1,MIY1,MIX2,MIY2 for the inventory and MBX1 and so go for the bank.
