Heythere people!

I have recently rented a private server for my school project and I do have some spare ram in it. I have tried to run simba on the server but there's a problem.

The lag is making the script running very inefficiently.

The server has got 24.0 GB of Ram, 1GBps for internet speed and the os is Windows Server 2008 R2.

The java is version 6 update 32 and I have tried every possible way to solve this problem but its of no use. Even running this on the runescape client lags like hell. I have followed YohoJo's fps lag fix and still find gameplay on the server very choppy.

Im using Remote Desktop Connection for the server and just couldn't seem to solve it. Contacted Jagex about the lag issue and all they can give me was to lower graphic settings which I already did.

I would like to know if there's any solution for this?

-I do know that connecting the server through Remote Desktop Connection will contribute to lag in the server, but I don't know of any other factors that contribute to it.

What is your ded servers CPU? Surely that will help make or break the answer.

Try installing TeamViewer and see if it lags when you TV into the dedicated server

TV doesn't work on the dedicated server, Remote Desktop will overwrite it.

No, TV doesn't rely on mstsc and vice-versa. (ICT Network admin here)
