This is what I wore when fighting him

Head > Ganodermic Visor
Body > Ganodermic Poncho
Legs > Ganodermic Leggings
Feet > Steadfast boots
Amulet >Fury
Gloves > Cullomancer (barrows)
Ring > Had ring of wealth, honestly I dont think this really matters
Weapon > Rune c'bow with diamond (e) bolts also Chaotic rapier (for the melee part)
Shield > Spectral Spirit Shield

My inventory consisten of
Saradomin Flasks + Super Restore Fasks 3 > 1 Ratio
Meaning 3 sara flasks for every 1 super restore

It was pretty easy, didnt use all of the flasks, only like a third of them

If u get the Ascendancy mine (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ascendancy_mine) from Dom Tower (500 kills) u can finish Nomad within 2-3mins. Without that, u will probably need gano full and rapier for an easy fight.

As soon as I finish getting 99 mining I will make a guide for this if Sin or someone else doesn't beat me to it!

Trust me he is not as hard as people think he is.
I looked at a few youtube videos of people beating him and that helped me.
Also a few times I put on black dragonhide armour and went to battle him just to get a hang of it, and how he attacks and such.

Then I suited up and killed him first time.

The greatest tip I can tell ya is...
When nomad splits in 4 characters, hide behind the pillars and wait for him to dissapear.
This is a good time for you to drink any potions/foods and calm down and regroup.
It takes about a minute for him to dissapear and turn back into one. As soon as he does, go right away to battle him or else he will heal fully.

You can always fight the four if you want, but I find that by the time you find the real on, you've been taking a lot of magic damage from all four of them hitting you at once.

Also, when he charges up, hide behind the pillar to negate taking like 700+ damage.

^ this isnt really a guide, just more of a few tips for ya
good luck
