On taskbar, Simba keeps blinking? After everytime it moves or something it blinks til i re-open and close

At first I thought you meant the cat actually was blinking his eyes. :D

He just has something in his eyes, he will stop soon.

On topic, I know when a new SMART window is Initialised it blinks in my task bar. Could that be it?

It keeps happening, past few days. Yes blinks in task bar. Only way to make it stop is having it opened

Ummm...........are you trolling?

This happens with every application on Windows. If you don't have it selected when it's minimized, it blinks to notify you that something has opened and you may not have seen it because it's minimized. This happens with Simba/SMART all the time.

You may be doing something different in terms of opening. What I'm trying to say is it's not Simba. It's a notification built into Windows.
