Help me someone. Simba can't start smart

What's the problem?
i enabled
associate.sex
msi.sex
srl.sex
extension.sex
and updated simba, loaded RS on browser, downloaded java.
Also, i've pasted MSVCR100.dll into my system folder. What did i missed?

Keep loading and starting the script till it goes, its a smart error, even with java 6.x it will come up not a java 7 problem!

I've installed java 6.x and placed msvcr71.dll into my system folder.
