msvcr71.dll I get that error when trying to run a script.
I know it's on the f.a.q. but I need someone to explain in a simpler way please.
Go into your java folder (C:/Program Files(x86)/Java)
Then open up whichever folder is there (mine is jre6).
Now, open up the folder called 'bin'.
Scroll down or use the search bar to find the .dll you require (msvcr71.dll)
Right click the dll.
Select copy from the pop-up menu.
Now go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (i assume you are running windows).
Now press CTRL + V and paste the .dll file into this system folder.
Close ALL Windows of Simba (you may need to look down in the tray and close them from there too [Little arrow down by your clock in the bottom-right hand corner]).
Now re-open Simba and attempt to run the same script you were trying, it should run fine or at least no longer give you the msvcr71 error.

I tried looking and searching for it but It looks like the msvcr71.dll isn't in there.
it's not in your java folder or the system folder?
Maybe try uninstalling java and then installing JRE6u32 (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre-6u32-downloads-1594646.html)

Alright I'll try that and let you know how it goes
Edit:
Ok that messed it up more now there isn't even the bin thing coming up when I search for the java folder. :(
Try downloading the dll from
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71
or
http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/M/MSVCR71.dll/7.10.3052.48/download.html
and then place them into the (C:\Windows\SysWOW64) folder.
I recommend you scan them before putting them into your folder though.
Or alternatively try having a look at these fixes:
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/msvcr71-dll-not-found-missing-error.htm
To fix it, Google the .dll then move it to the correct folder:
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7)
If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place msvcr71.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
When i try to find C:\System or anything i click the start button and search for that?? cuz i cant find those folders...

No,
Start -> My Computer -> Local C drive -> Windows -> system32
For 64bit (if you don't know but have more than 4gb Ram then you will have x64) aswell
Start -> My Computer -> Local C drive -> Windows -> SysWOW64
