Smart freezing every 5 seconds

New laptop and set it up the same as before but for some reason its freezing every 5 seconds -.-

any tips?

Turn the slider on the right to the top.

Uninstall your current Java and replace it with Java 6u32

done this still nothing
I run normal rs on high in the browser but on here
ive removed and installed java
done the slider still nothing

Wasn't sure if I posted in the right section.
Simba I'm running 984
Smart is V6.9
And Java is 6 update 33.
I am using windows 7.

Real runescape works fine on highest details aswell.
