Winrar witch is the rar you are talking about can be downloaded at download.com
You can download scar at http://freddy1990.com/scar.php
And there was a new release of scar caled scar divi.
To run a script all you do is copy and paste it in the big box in scar then click play(the little green play button like on a dvd player). To get SRL you need to go here (yes you do need srl)http://www.villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2802?t=3410.
You will need to download winrar first i told you how to do that at the top of my post. In that post there is a tut on how extract and install srl too.
After you are done with it all why not test someones script and give them a progress report. And maby when your done with that you might learn scripting and make your own scripts.

1. Winrar is an extracting program, and uncompresses compact files. Google it for a download.

2. Download Scar divi from http://freddy1990.com/scar.php, it will install all the neccessary files to use scripts from here.

3. To run a script paste the desired script into the large box, use the crosshair and select the runescape client.Fill in the required info in the script and meet any criteira. Push play should do it

4. Dont forget to post reports on scripts helps to improve them.

Have a script you wanna run, download it to your scar folder located at
C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.0\Scripts
Than double click on the file a scar window will open, useing the cross hair target the runescape java rectangle than fill in your details such as user and loads. and press the green arrow to go

Long version: Alex' air crafter uses SRL. In order to use SRL, you'll need to 'include' it. Including means that all the special functions and procedures become available from the script.
Short version: You don't need to touch it.

LOL wow...Sythe.Org had a pretty good tutorial on how to download and extract srl helped me alot hope it helps you too:D
