Can anyone tell me what this exclamation mark on my script's icon means?

Is it something to do with SPS2 because I recently updated to SPS2 and perhaps the script above uses the old SPS. Thanks!

I'm not entirely sure about a .simba file, but I know that it usually means there is an unrecognized change with the program/file.

What operating System are you on?
Do you have anything like Git or Tortoise SVN installed?
