How safe, and do you use your main?

Hey everyone!

I just started using SIMBA about 2 days ago, I gotta say, I'm pretty damn impressed.
But I was wondering, how safe is it really?
Do you use your main character to bot? If so, how often?
And what are the chances that someone is able to use a script where our passwords are obtained by someone else?
I ask because I want to level my main character... But I'm a little skeptical.

I use my main and bot around 20 hours a day. The Scripts are thoroughly inspecting by our wonderful admins for and password grabbing coding or any other possible harms. Trust me you will enjoy the SRL community, as you spend you time here you were see how awesome it is :) Happy Botting!

^ Same but it never hurts to inspect it yourself for anything suspicious.

As with all botting, there is always a risk. However it is a lot safer thab injection and reflection.

Be smart when you bot, I know some people bot 24/7 and don't get a ban, but I tend to play it on the safe side between 6-8 hours a day.

I bot on my main and pure alternating between breaks. I don't think its possible for a script to steal your password if you are weary of malicious scripts just use MSI scripts.

Anyway, worst case scenario... We bot to get our cash back, right?

I think I once read about a script that was going around... But it was shortly removed... Was this SIMBA, or some other bot?

None of the current ones have anything malicious in them. The only thing you should be weary of is new scripts esp if from nonmember. And with that all you gotta do is see if "pass" is used more than once in the script (ctrl f) and if it is then you should wait for someone higher up to verify.

But just check out srl stats to see the amount of hours logged with scripts (and thats just the ones that have put srl stats in them)

Wow. You should tell the admins and the Jagex team. Something so dangerous should NOT be allowed.

Yeah about 6-8 hours will be fine.
And if you ctrl f and look up a few key phrases or even look through the script for suspicious stuff you will be fine.
I have found 2 such scripts with suspicious insances.

I believe I've said this somewhere before, but all the scripts I make are from two accounts, one of which is my main with a skill total of 2300+. So not only developing the scripts, but running & testing them after all this time and I'm still going.

How safe you feel about using Simba is up to you, no one here can tell you it's 100% safe or it will absolutely get you banned. We can only give you opinions and examples. And in my own opinion based on experience up to this point, I've no worries and no regrets.
