Simba won't log in

I have been using simba for some time now, i have all updates, plugins and installed everything correctly.
I have even read through all the other threads on this site about how to fix my problem but no luck!

When i start simba either with the default scripts or a script i download from this site, it takes at LEAST 2 MINUTES to enter my username and another 2 to 5 MINUTES to enter my password. Then it takes another 2 to 5 minutes to pick a world, start the bot ect...

PLEASE can somebody help me with this ???

It may be that my mouse speed is really slow but i don't know how to change this on default scripts.
Also when it is taking 5minutes to chose a world, it POPS UP THIS window in Mozilla Firefox and keeps popping up new tabs of this link until i have to end up shutting down the 'SMART' window.
