Well it is not just Fakawi who can give them. All the cool guys can, it is just when people finally can give cups they don't really follow first scripts etc anymore, or at least not often.

Any admin can give cups. Most times anyone Member+ can recommend Cups for anyone below there rank then it's up to the staff to decide. Get recognized by someone in the community enough to get recommended now a days is rough. We have many outstanding users here. :) Also if you have old timers cup you can't have newcomers. Old timers will replace newcomers after 2 years on the forums.
