Could some one please help me the red cursor appears at smart but doesn't move it doesn't even login please help

getting same problem i was looking around in forums but some unclear for me to read,

and when i log in manually script doesnt take off, wondering if i missed an update or navigation bar up top has something to do with it, havent been around in a while.
