Finding a bitmap in a specific area?

Is there a way to find a bit map in a specific area? Because i am trying to make a fire making script and i thought it could find the bitmap saying you made a fire in the Messagebox. But it needs to be searching the area that it firsts come up. Because it could find the words from another log. If this makes any sense. Or if that isnt possible is it possible to get the words from the message box on a specific line? Like, say this is the message box from RS:
