Which of these is the correct display setting for Simba? I have everything else set the way it should be.

There's no Safe Mode option there. However I do notice that there's a Safe Mode option on the RSBot client.

then your simba is messed up... it should not even let you run normally on opengl or directx.. and only enter you in safemode/software

Maybe in your scripts... using backward compatibility... you have *True to using high details.. if so.. turn that False

I think that he's trying to run it in his browser, and if you are then you have to go into safe mode still.

You do this by pressing "s" and holding it when this screen comes up:
