But still... if someone cannot use Smart because he has issues with their computer or wte else... that could be a reason why he wouldn't use smart and let simba control his mouse.

Aside from the obvious: very carefully.
You might have to shut down your pc if you can't regain mouse control due to infinite loops.

You can press F2 to stop the script and if Simba needs to be focused to stop a script you could press control tab until you are focused on Simba then press F2 ;)
