Error on Simba

Previously an error about the Debug appeared, now is this:

[Error] C:\Simba\Includes\srl/srl/misc/paintsmart.simba(43:33): Unknown identifier 'SmartGetDebugDC' at line 42
Compiling failed.

How do I fix this? :duh:
