http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr100

download the .zip

open the .zip folder you just downloaded

copy + paste the msvcr100.dll file to the directory it's missing from.
(iirc, msvcr100 goes in the jagexchache/jagexlauncher/bin folder)

Really frustrating, i have the file in the bin folder, like you said, this SQLite3 error is still showing up, i'm about to give up but i love Villavu... It's still saying i don't have mscvr100.dll..... ._.

I think you're supposed to put it in a System32 folder...? Hmmm.

Sorry for bumping a dead thread for over a year ago but i just too had this problem and all you need to do is download The Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package x?? (Whatever is the compatible one for your OS mine was x64 not the x86 one , which if you download the wrong version it will still give you the error saying the .dll is missing.)

If it fails use search on your computer to search for MSVCR100.dll open the file location and delete the file then re run the install of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package as repair and that should fix your problem.

This is also stated in this thread if anyone else is having the issue:
