All of them should technically be worth

RS members cost * # of accounts = technical price

However, most people would rather just make there own and pay for members once so you should expect

(.3 to .5)*rs members cost * # of accounts= \actual price

Well, I'd not pay more then half of a membership cost.
So 3.5 dollars (/.45) = [rounded up] 8m / account.
If you can sell them at that price you'd still have 520 mill though.

EDIT:: The hardcore gold farmers, the people who make like 20 accounts, are the ones that ruin the botting experience for normal people like me. who just want to get the levels he needs to enjoy playing legitimately a little more. One bad apple is all it takes to ruin it for everyone else :/
