If you were using Simba and the SRL include you could use HPPercent as a trigger to do this, but I don't think SRL works with SCAR anymore.

I think it has something similar though, like the OSI Include? That might have what you are looking for. If all else you could look at the documentation for SRL and the HPPercent function to see how it works.
