Free Web Hosting Sites.

I'm learning HTML and I've got some of the good stuff down. I want to make a really basic website and have it on the internet, but all these web hosts either cost money, have a free trial before renewal fee, or have a website builder you have to use and cannot insert code.
Does anybody know any really reliable FREE web hosts that accept code?

no? not unless someone is maxing out your internet speed by spam refreshing content.. "words" would take tens of thousands of refreshes / second to cap 1mbps
