Need Help

Im new to this site and ive been looking for about an hour and i cant work it out
(please dont rage at me)
So i wont to have 4-5 Adving accs all on w2 but whenever i go to put a second on w2 it just says Login Limit Exceeded
please help :) ?

jagex doesn't allow same machine accounts to go into the same world, it doesn't really have anything to do with this site

But you see like 8 people all in the same place advertising, how do i do this?
