Where's the new simba download and plugins?

Simba installed fine, he is using an outdated script. Change the include line that includes paintsmart, and include "smartgraphics" instead.

Yea i'm not sure if im using the wrong one, i haven't used it in a while and i saw there was a new one, like 0.99 or something.

It would appear that your SMART and Simba are up to date (The auto-updater should have everything loaded and you don't need to install any separate files).
