Maxed player banned for RWT/Luring? 100b bank

"Mx799", notoriously known for luring others for their bank via Red portal/Clan wars, has been perm banned. Here's his latest video on his bank, which was about 100b, before he got banned. He was also a Maxed player (2475 tl).
Thoughts?

I have probably lured about 8-10b total (Before you say that this isn't much, please read on - luring phats does not happen often). Mx799 and Cls Product were NOT lurers... the only legit lures that those two ever did were for d chains. The two made it look like they were legit lurers getting partyhats left and right with their big clan. They then told the public that for just 2b, you could join the clan and be given the newest methods. After you pay, you get to go on skype with them (at this point they grab your ip). They then set up a fake lure (for something big such as a cracker or blue/white phat), which takes you in to purple portal. They then DDoS you with their (albeit small) botnet, and have people come in and claw you out (they demand you have your best items on you for the lure).

I just hope that everyone realizes that this guy gives a bad name to luring. Most legit luring methods involve playing on people's greed.
