Ok so I recently discovered SCAR and I thought "Hey, why not give it a try?" I have been playing RuneScape for a month or so and I'm already level 37, with 51 fishing and 45 woodcutting. But, I still wanted to give "cheating" a try. So I downloaded SCAR 2.03 and then went searching for scripts. I went to www.scar-scripts.com and looked at the tested scripts. I knew these would work. Well, either they don't work as well as they should, or I'm a noob at scripting. I figured it might be the second one. Well, I have been fiddling around with these doggone scripts for hours and I still cannot get them to work. I have SCAR downloaded, I copy+pasted the scripts, and it still says "Failed" when I press play. I also dragged the bullseye icon onto the RuneScape screen and I even tried setting the color. And, as always, it says "Failed." I checked out the comments left below some of the posts on www.srl-forums.com and they all say "Nice post man, works well" or "Great post, this was easy", you get the idea. I felt like a total idiot at that point. So then I started looking for SCAR tutorials. I did exactly what they said, and still no success. I figured that there was either A. Something wrong with my version of SCAR, B. The scripts must be coded wrong, or C. I am a total noob at doing this and there is no help for me. I kind of knew in the back of my head that the answer was probably C. That's when I thought about giving up. But then I realized that there may be someone that could help me out on www.srl-forums.com. I'm asking anyone, anyone at all, to help me out please. I'm sorry for my incredibly lame appeal, but at this point I'm looking for anyone to help. Please, tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks to anyone that replies with some assistance.
