I have been on the receiving end for a couple months now. I am still a noob but I have messed around with my script enough to ask this question.
1. Does your script have to bee 100% original? I have a script with which I might apply for the membership, but I have garnered ideas from here and there to make it complete.
2. How solid / fancy does your script have to be? I think my script is pretty solid and does what it is meant to do, but not necessarily fancy.

1. Any script can be used, but its suggested atleats 60% of it is yours with proper credit given to all functions that arent yours.
2. Look over this. (http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=74195)
PM me your script or post it here, and I/We can tell you what you need to improve.

Ya 60% is probably a lowball estimation of originality. Basically you shouldn't have to really copy anyone's functions, I would suggest writing your own based on other peoples (and then credit for idea/inspiration/help). Definitely DO NOT have core functions copied (ie TPA, DTM, Walking).

I don't vote completely the same, but yes, that is a good guideline.
Also, I will just ignore all the parts that you didn't wrote. So a 2k line script might copy and credit a lot of functions and still be okay. A 300 line script should be mostly your own work. Any function you didn't wrote and didn't credited will give you problems. Also note that exceptions are antiban, declareplayers and the like.
