Whats that mean? what do i need alittle help plz:(h):

It means you installed SRL incorrectly or not at all.

yea, i go there.. wheres the download button.. on the right side theres an install button, it doesnt do anything tho?

and where do i put those 2 folders? :D

Put them in your main SCAR folder, under program files-Scar 2.03 usually
