Two PCs one program

Little off topic but i was just woundering if someone could help me out since were all smart computer people here ;)
What im trying to so is jun a single java program(a rsps) utilizing the cpu and ram from two computers that are in the same room. I have one new computer and one old one and the old one just doesnt process fast enought. But i dont want to have to just buy a new computer (i dont want to always use my new one) Im not sure if I could do this or how to do this.... I was thinking of some how utilizing cloud services to do it but i cant really see a clear way. Any ideas?

Only computer wiz's and super computer's can share CPU's.. At least afaik.

I'd imagine you'd have to somehow make your own "little" super computer by bridging them together internally... Which again I'd not recommend you.

Heck, if you need to hire me to help put together a some for-told 15 petaflop super comp, tell me where to apply/sign up! :)

At most, if the Ram is compatible, you can open your current comp and stick it in there provided you have enough slots.

Also if the CPU architectures aren't the same, Linking isn't possible. Anyway, forget about linking them because chances are, if you're asking such a question, you won't be able to do it.

Your most likely right..... Saw bridging the CPUs but it never really explained it...

That is what im sort of trying to do is link computers together to help to run a program.... im not sure if clustering would work in this case... it seems clustering is basically for processing different information not just running a program.... any ideas?
