im applying for a summer job at subway and theres a bunch of questions about how to act in situations. And well, since i never had a counter job before i dont know the answers to some of them.

Id appriciate if anyone with experience could answer some of these :)

A.) A customer complains that he was short changed by you receiving only 13 cents change from $2.00 instead of 31 cents. What would you do?

B.) Whic hdo you consider more important as far as a restaurant is concerned - courteous, promp service or a quality product?

C.) What do you conside to be the most important qualifications of a Subway employee

D.) You are working alone and your shift is due to be over at 6 PM. The individual who is scheduled to begin working at 6 PM does not show up. What do you do?

thanks

A) Give them the fucking money. Tell them sorry for the mistake, ect.
B) All of them.
C) Know English fluently. Know how to make a fucking sandwich. Bring the buffalo chicken sandwich back.
D) Work till that person comes back, or until the time you can legally work, or as long as you can.

The solution to all of those is common sense. If you can;t figure these out then your not quite cut out for a job yet :P

Hah, I worked at Mc Donalds for 2 years, gaining 5 "Excellent" rated performance reviews.

Just don't get anyone shit. No matter how horrible you feel; don't give anyone shit. Especially the manager or a person right in front of the manager ;)

Volunteer for as many things as you can.
Make yourself sound mildly gay when talking to customers, unless you know the person you're talking to very well.

Give out free porn to kids ages 8-10. It helps.
