You would be suppried. If you supply all the correct details, (IP address(s) used, membership info (phone, credit card, paypal ect)) they might remove JAG for you

I did, I gave Ip from where account was made (where I live) and new ip address, but we'll see.

You can reset JAG things by going to tech support -> JAG-Security and posting. They will ask some of the details like remembered password, country of registration time etc.
I got mine reset :D

How does that have any context to it? It is secure... you have to provide the same details as account recov and what you think the jag answers are to ALL questions. That and you need previous pay details etc.
