Did the gears just start spinning?

Did the gears avatar just start spinning? I swear they didn't before, but they are now.

I even remember trying to hypercam it before, but I was too slow and they stopped :)

Now they're spinning non-stop...

I do believe they were spinning before on IE, though.

Edit: Now they're not spinning.

I remember them not spinning, but now that you brought it up, I do notice them spinning. I think he might have just re-uploaded the animation or we just have slow computers idk. I remember them nto spinning before im pretty sure though.
