Okay, I'm really annoyed today. For the first time in a while I'm running a script. A sexi one at that. Smart is constentally targeting itself and while I'm working(typing etc) at my job this is frustating. I've done everything, even got a program to hide it in the tray, which works somewhat but I still "un-focus" from whatever I'm doing several times a minute...
Now I know this is completely benlands fault so I'm blaming him
However, how hard would it be to find an alternative, ben, to alt+tabbing to your smart window? :P

Same here. SMART keeps popping up in the middle of my gaming sessions and I usually die in the next second or two.
I had this problem.. I believe this is a java bug though, I installed this version of java (http://www.filehippo.com/download_jre_32/tech/12197) and it never does it again :P

Yea its about java 7. Just install a jre 6 32bit version and smart will use that automatically.

You can have several versions of java. So no need to delete.

But im pretty sure it will use the newest version?

By versions I meant jre 6 32, jre 7 32, jre 6 64, jre 7 64. I dont know about subversions. It works for me. :)

I just shift the SMART window to the corner of the screen and keep focusing on my own windows until SMART UI starts flashing in the task bar

Update:
I deleted Java 7 update 7 and installed the newest java 6 (update 35). Now it works
So for others having this problem: all you have to do is remove your installed java 7 and install java 6 update 35 (32 bit)
It will not (always) work if you keep java 7. for me it choose java 7 if it had to choose.
