I have an RS account, and I no longer have the email for it. It won't let me add JAG or change the pass or anything unless I can access the email. Is there a way to change the email? I was looking, I didn't find any option to do so...

Is your linked Email, well, linked to another email?
Like as a backup email?

Nope, the email account is ~5 years old, and I can't access it because I made it with my old internet provider, I lost the email account when I switched.

I had the same problem, I changed ISPs. I emailed Jagex and they told me to prove it was my account. So I told them everything I could, like previous passes and if I have ever moved. Luckily I hadn't moved so I think they checked the IP I made the account on and my current IP and then checked the locations of those IPs. They emailed back and asked what my new email was and then changed it for me :)
E: @Rezozo he doesn't have access to the email so that won't work
Footy: Make sure that you tell them that you changed ISPs

OOpsies. Did you try the whole 'forgot password' deal, all the options lol. :p
Other than that, you would have to contact them, probably through email/posting. (As mentioned above)
