Hey guyz,
I've been here at simba for a week now and I haven't been able to run a single script yet. That is, of course, my lack of knowledge leading to this.
So can anyone help me with this log burner script:
http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=67846&highlight=logburner
Just by "step 1: do this" etc.
I tried reading some of the scripts guide to help me understand, but I might as well try reading Latin -.-
So again, please step by step, can some1 tell me how to run this script?

Step 1) Download & install the newest Simba (if you haven't already)

Step 2) Download & load Etherfreak's Log Burner (http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=67846)
-Go to the button of the OP (original post) and you'll see some attached files. Click on the last one (usually the latest version)

Step 3) Fill in the "Script Setup" (in this case, line 13 - line 18 of the script), follow any other instructions on the forum post where you found the script, and also any instructions written in the script itself. After that, click the little green arrow right underneath the "Tools" tab to run the script.
Step 4) +Rep Flight for being helpful.

Thank you so much for the awesome guide!
But what is troubling me the most is the filling in the player information. I read a tutorial on that too, but again I might as well try Latin :/ It says in instructions to do this: you just need to remove the // in front the smart.
And
//Remove // for smart
//{$DEFINE SMART}
{.include SRL/SRL.simba}
That's the part I don't understand. I fill in player info etc, and hit play and then my mouse starts moving around but nothing happens. Would you be kind enough to gimme an exact image or step by step for "this is what you need to put in the script and do this with the //".
Again, thank you so much!

Take out the // before the {$Define Smart}
That should do it.

Hey Flight, do u know of any script that burns logs the old way and NOT bonfire? It's for ashes and I didn't find a non-bonfire script in the fm section. Any ideas what I could do? Thanks :)
And btw, I did give a +1 rating already :)

For that do you mean separate fires? For that, you would need a script that picks up the ashes, which is kinda hard :p
I could make one that does the old way. If there is enough demand for it of course.

No I can't think of an older-style firemaking script that works like that. If you can't find anything in the Firemaking scripts section of the forum then I guess there's not any available.
