View Full Version : Linux ubuntu Gurus Needed.

Hey Guys, so i bought a vps from bottingvps.com and the vps runs on linux ubuntu. Simba is installed and works fine, except it wont let me log 2 or more accounts in the same world =/. The reason i need more then 2 logged in the same world is because im doing a project about runescape on what runescape was like before the Eoc. So im needing someone that knows how to bypass the "login limi Exceeded" for runescape. please help me as Eoc is coming very soon

Make random.dat read-only. You ned to do that for the file in the WINE folder.

If your trying to login in to the same world then log them in manually really quickly
else
it should log in fine on seperate words :P

edit: what package did u buy?, I looked into buying a vps from them before. Hows it running so far?

yes that may work for 2 accounts in one world but i want to put more then 2 accounts im trying to put 10+ accounts in the same world. but i cant do it for some reason on linux.... as for the vps it self i cant really tell you 100% if i like it yet since i bought a small amount of the vps. using simba on the vps works fine but if you want more then 1 account in the same world they wont help you with that issue.

Yes, they can't be in the lobby at the same time afaik still.(log one in, then the other)

ok so i did what you told me but it still doesnt work.
