why is there so few scripts??

title says it all basically.. I heard this bot has been around for a few years so I expected there to be a variarty of scripts to choose from.. no dung scripts, no jadinko scrpits.. does simba have very poor coders or something?

Unlike some communities, people here are not driven by money to make scripts. We only script because we want to.
A sung script is simply not worth the time, it will have too many problems. Jadinkos, on the other hand, are possible, it's just that nobody has bothered to make one.

Perhaps you could make it? We have plenty of tutorials available, and many people to answer your questions.

I'd say that the abilities of members here can range up to some extreme talents.. This goes without question.

However being a community based on the principle of learning (opposed to money), you'll find it easier to learn to make your own scripts and/or improve your knowledge in ____.

There are a variety of scripts. If you want to request a script go ahead and do so in the requests sections. There probably wont be a dung one as doing so in color would be a huge pain.

Have you looked at any of the scripts yet? lots of them are really good still.

There are alot of scripts. The gamebar update and our smart changes moved most of our scripts to broken/outdated but they are easy to fix if you want them.
also we have a members sections which has a lot of scripts but aren't open to the public.

If the coders here are bad, how come we have scripts that gets better xp, kills etc than the same script on pb, and we don't even inject clients?

The lack of variety is simply that unlike powerbot, we strive to bend in and therefore will not have goldfarm-ish scripts in the public section.

We are also a learning before botting community and needless to say, we have admins & community that are infinitely better, and all our scripts here are completely free.

In terms of scripting ability, i'm pretty confident to tell you that probably any of our SSRL+ can script better than the admins at pb. The only reason why we lack some scripts (dg) is because we only use color, which also mean that it's impossible for Jagex to stop us and our scripts remain working almost all the time after RS updates.

Unlike the injection bots, color restricts us from making complicated scripts with ease. Dungeoneering requires so many colors/etc. Some have tried making a dung bot for simba but I have no clue how that's progressed.

Simba is a learning community. If you want to make the most out of the bot, learn how to make a script. There are tons of private scripts that are AMAZING.

The community doesn't like leechers, so we aren't willing to just hand out scripts. If you want to grab a dung/jadinko script go to powerbot/epicbot/any leech bot. Otherwise stick around and learn how to make one and enjoy :p

Also, as my broski's mentioned above,
1) We do in fact, have many scripts
2) If you want more, you can either script them yourself or request them in the appropriate section
3) Probably wont be a dung script, ever, because of the effort vs gain.

We don't have as many leechers as powerbot / all the other java bots have. although we do have some good scripts in SRL-Members. shame you too much of a leecher to learn?

For us, not too much I think. For Java bots, panic followed by a mass influx of people to color bots? I really don't know though, just speculating.
