I keep getting that why I want to start scripting but I keep getting this why?

Did you try pairing it to something other than SMART, then close the script or something?

I've also noticed that in the black console (simba debug box
It said I'm missing the Sqlite libary idk & it tells me to download it and I try to but idk which one to download man I really want to start scripting but everything not going my way :(

Make sure all your SIMBA, SMART and java versions are up to date. If not, try running simba as a administrator

You got the SQLite error while installing Java? If not, then make sure you do what I said earlier, and if you still get the SQLite thing, download the precompiled windows version for x86.

1) dont worry about the sqlite error, it doesnt affect botting
2) post a screenie of the black console because that error could be due a hundreds of different things

No you do not, just download it. But I think, not sure, you have to uninstall the x64 from your computer.

I have java 6 version 6 update 34 now what

If you are sure you downloaded this: jdk-6u34-windows-i586.exe
Then try it now. If it doesn't work, you need to remove the x64 version from your computer. That should do it.

That's what I get when I load Simba everytime I run it as adminastor and normally and still the same thing and btw I have Windows 8 :D

I ran Msi and it worked perfectly but im just putting that because im follow the Guide http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47714 to see if everything is good but everything not good :(

MSI is broken, and has been shut down since early October or November, IDK.
Check now if your smart opens.

Well, 'legally' you could buy Adobe, but, not saying you should, as it is illegal, you could 'torrent' it...
If not, you could always use GIMP. It is just as amazing ofc :D
